BO4 - Designing a coroporate template - whitepapers/guidelines?

Hi,

We wish to design a coroporate for new BO4 environment.

1) Are there any guideline of files wish to change, e.g inserting logos, headers, footers on every page.

2) Also understand can edit the visualisation_config.xml to limit colour selection but how do you translate the numbers in the file to the colours

Is there a tool should edit this file with.
