Moving data markers on line chart

Hi everyone.

I created a line chart in CR XI. How can I make the data labels moveable? Right now, they are set at outside max (Chart Options, Data Labels tab), but none of the optional settings are working well (inside max, outside max, centre, bottom). I need to be able to move each label slightly, but when I try they snap to another completely different location and sometimes right off the chart!

Also, is there a way to delete some of the labels if I want to, i.e. those at the bottom showing 0.00?
