Job Ended Without Any Errors Leading to Cancellation

Hi Sap guru,

basically we are experiencing an error whenever we try to execute a mkg campaign. It seems that the campaign can be executed but instead off sending e-mai,

we got the job status 'Job Ended Without Any Errors Leading to Cancellation' inside the target group of the campaign.

After checking the jobs via SM37  the associated job TARGET GROUP TO CHANNEL shows status finished.

Unfortunately there is no mail sent out, through transaction SOST.

Target group is active and as well the business partner master data have e-mail as communication channel.

Please provide a valid solution track, if you have experienced the same problem.

Hi Andrea,

I have checked the Mail Form and the pratner, both have English as prefereed Language.

Any other clue.

try to check if contact person have English as well.

Hi Mahesh,

it'an age that I have experienced this issue.

Anyway I remember that at the time I was carrying out a project in Switzerland, and this issue was related to a missmatch between the language of the mail form , and the preferred languages associated to the accounts within the target group.

I give you an example:

If you have a target group composed by 3 accounts and they have the following preferred languages:

Swiss Italian

Swiss German

Swiss French,

and you have created your mail form only in English, once you execute the campaign by using the English mail form, the system is going to deliver the above message.

The reason is because your mail form is not translated into the languages of the accounts that are part of the above TG.

Solution in the TG used as example, would be to translate your mail form into Swiss Italian, Swiss German and Swiss French.

Hi Andrea,

May be you can check whether the
(i ) target group used is active
(ii) BP used has a valid email ID maintained
(iii)BP used has the communication medium - maintained as email
(iv) Perform TEST send for the mailform used, to check whether mailform works fine
(v)Check message assignment block of campaign, which may give some details on the error.
