UWL IView invisible for some users

Hello experts,

we're facing a problem in our portal: On the portal's home page there is an UWL-iView located on top of the page. Some users can't see this iView anymore. Instead of this, the users see a blank white area as large as the UWL iView. The authorizatios of thes users are sufficient.

In order to fix the problem we did already the following:

1. Creation of a new role with an UWL iView. Assingment of this role to an affected user. The user can see the UWL

2. Removal of the deltalink for the UWL from the standard role and creation of a new one. The start page stays blank for the user.

Does anybody have further ideas how to solve this issue? Any hints are highly appreciated.
