Process for refering an SME to SAP , and benefits from it ?

Hi guys, are there any benefits for an individual if he/she refers an SME to SAP(and the complete implementation is done successfully). I am a SAP certified individual .Do I have the authority to refer, a company to SAP and post successful implementation am I eligible for a referal amount ?
