BP Reference Number on Backorder Report

Hi Experts,

I'm running into some difficulty getting the BP reference number on the backorder report.  I see it available through the form settings of the actual report, although since the report uses only system variables.  I'm not sure what system variable to use to make that particular field show up in the PLD

Unfortunately it didn't display any data, backorder report must use different system variables?

Hi,

Which version are you using, the variable 115 works in 8.8 and above versions for the customer ref. no,

Please check whether you have customer ref. no. entered in the sales order.

I have the very same guide Pari.  I wasn't able to find anything regarding the BP reference number or anything to do with backorders, I think a crystal report would need to be created.

Hi Sarith,

Hello

there's a list of variables available in the SAP Portal.

Please go to:

- Documentation -> How To Use the PLD Variables File in Release 8.8 / 2007 A

- Open the Excel file: 'PLD_Vars_April2010.xls'

I hope that helps.

Hello,

for the PLD variables there is an excel file which contains all the usable variables.

Can I share an excel here on the forum?
