customized GRC launchpads unavailable after support pack upgrade

Hi,

In our GRC 10 system we have applied the SAP_ABA, SAP_BASIS, PI_BASIS and SAP_BW support packs 11.

After the support packs were applied in the http://hostname:8000/nwbc URL we get the message "There are no tasks available to you yet".

Also in the transaction LPD_CUST the customized GRC launchpads (like GRAC_ACCESS_MANAGEMENT etc) the roles show up as "Inactive Applications".

We checked the note 1653405 but it does not seem to be relevant in our case (morever we already are on SAPK-V1007INGRCFNDA).

Have a look at this:

1648030  - Can GRCFND_A be installed on SAP NETWEAVER AS ABAP 7.1?

"GRCFND_A can only be installed on SAP NETWEAVER AS ABAP 7.02 SP06.  This is the foundation package where configuration is maintained in IMG."

and here:

Note 1680268 - Compatibility of Access Control Packages

"4) Compatibility of GRCFND_A With NW releases:

GRCFND_A is compatible with NW 702 SP06."

Thanks Rupali,

Unfortunately these notes are not relevant in our case.

It seems that the Support pack upgrade has some how removed all the customization settings in the launchpads.
