Show History - tables - From OCRD

Hi guys...

I wonder what table is about "Show History" from OCRD table - Business Partner Data Master.

I know ACRD table (History Business Partner Master Data), but I need the Diferent Report content from "Show History", like attach file...

Is someone can help me?
