Inspection in external system

Dear expert

My client have an scenario like this

All the inspection will be done by a automatic machine,so we need to place the job in the machine and machine will record all the value and various report and chart is available

Now they want QM need to trigger the inspection lot and inspection will happen in the machine and data need to tranfer to sap r/3

So please tell me how we can transfer all data from external system to sap r3

please give me detail overview on this

After creating inspection lot in SAP system we need to send this info to external system for this we need T code Se16...Is it correct???

After usage decision from External system how we can update SAP ????

Can you explain the complete cycle with  T code
