Leave requests not seen in PTARQ

Hi,

I have an issue where the user submits a leave request and this leave request is seen in status SENT on the Show leave overview screen.

But when i go to PTARQ to track the leave request, i can not find the initiated leave request.

Also tried giving the user id in SWWWIHEAD table to see the workflows triggered by this user(even then this leave request is not displayed).

Any idea of what could be the issue here?

    if you can see the request in leave overview scren then you should be able to see it via PTARQ as well.

    i hope you are following below steps - go to ptarq -> display documents -> run the report for employee

      try clicking workflow button once u are inside the display doc via ptarq..

      if u cant see any workflow then it means there were some issues in triggerring workflow..have a look at ur ESS leave customizing as well check SWU3 wf setttings..

      make sure ur workflow n approval tasks are maintained as general tasks in pftc

    can you see in rptarqdbview and below tables? also note you can see in SWIA the workitem if the WF is triggered and then only you can see in above WF table

    check WF is enabledfor the absence in v_t554s_web

      Hi Kalyan, additionally to Amit's suggestions:

      1. SWU3 checks

      2. WF activation and general task assignment

      Do you check this?

      3. The user has authorization to start Workflows (S_WF_WI object)

      You could use ST01 tx to detect this kind of authorization issues.

    Hi All,

    I am facing same issue with scenario as below:

    1) User submit leave request via ESS and manual form

    2) IT2001 updated manually and request via ESS still not approved.

    I tried to delete the request from ESS however, it give me below error.

    Work item 000000000000 cannot be read

    Then I try to get workitem id for this request via PTARQ but not available. I run Leave Request Check report and found the request with document id but no workitem id.

    How do I proceed with this?
