    Hi Greaflower,

Go with PSA, it is always recomonded,it improves performance, the packet size can be increased and decreased , in the case IDocs the maximum data volume is 1000 byts.If u use IDoc , first data goes to Outbox of sender and then it goes to inbox of BW system, here we can't store the data in PSA.

If u use PSA , data can be stored in PSA,here no outbox and no inbox.

The packet size can be changed as per the user requirement. So always PSA is priferable.

Let me know if it is helpful u.

    Kind Regards

USE PSA .. Idocs can be used for Hierarchies... Other than that I have not seen IDocs being used other than for error control.
