When I try to search this forum (using the input field top right -specifying "Search the Community") I seem to be getting a whole lot of unrelated material from other sources. Can't I restrict the search to this forum?
Thanks!
Hi John,
There should be some search fields at the top of the discussion list as per my previous post:
http://scn.sap.com/thread/3144862
However, these are no longer appearing for me so I wonder if SAP have actually removed them or there's some sort of issue preventing them appearing. They didn't actually work very well anyway but at least you could try searching.
Unfortunately, SAP have got a lot of work to do to make these forums user friendly.
Kind Regards,
Owen

Hi John and Owen,
You are not alone
There is a blog about the subject, but more importantly there is an Idea place dedicated to it, please check it out.

Johan
One way to narrow it down to the SCN is to type the following in Google search:
<My search keywords> site:http://scn.sap.com/thread
example:
"matrix line" site:http://scn.sap.com/thread
will search for threads that contain "matrix line".
Other "operators" can be found here.
Just my 2 cents.

Hi,
Open the B1 SDK Forum. Goto the Content tab and then click on 'Filter by tag' button and enter the text to filter in the Forum thread.
Check if this helps you.

Thanks for the reply, Jitin.
However I tried that with little success. It relies too much, I think, on the author of the post to put those tags in, including the people who respond, doesn't it?
I tried what you said with "CFL" (choose from list) and it returned no results. That's clearly in error. I did the same search a month ago on the old forum and it returned pages of results.
I'm sorry to say that so far, it seems to me that SAP has turned a pretty good resource into a virtually worthless, useless one.
