Alert (Intent Driven Interaction) not displayed in IC web client

Hi,

I have configured alerts in CRM system (Intent Driven Interaction) but it is not showing up in web UI.

I did every single step but it is not working out. I am using CRM 7.0, release 701, level 0007. I noticed that SAP has modified component CRMCMP_IC_FRAME in this version & have introduced a new class CL_CRM_IC_POLLFREE_UTIL. My configuration is triggering the services properly & filling the desired alert using method ADD_ALERT of this class but somehow the view HiddenView.htm of component CRMCMP_IC_FRAME is failing to show the triggered alert in alert area on web ui.

Any ida, why?

Hello Sagar & Tom,

I understand that the SAP kernel versions 700, 701, 710 and 711 run out of maintenance by August 31st, 2012. These kernel versions are replaced by the SAP kernel 720, which is fully downward-compatible.Please refer sap note below

Can you please confirm what is the kernel used?

Please implement SAP note  https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1690484 and check if this resolves your issue.

Hi,

We are running Kernel 720, PL 201 in production where the issue is occurring.  We also are running Kernel 720EXT PL300 in our QAS system and the issue is happening as well.

I have patched/upgraded our DEV system to the latest patch level and enhancement pack, and am running Kernel 720EXT pl300, and the alerts are working on this system.

I will take a look at your suggested note and let you know.

Did you ever figure this out?  We recently updated our Kernel and all of our WebIC alerts stopped working.
