Problem while connecting NWDS with J2EE engine

Hi Experts,

I have installed Install J2sdk 1.4.2_15 in my PC and then installed NWDS 7.01 SP7 in my desktop.

I have set the server settings in Windows → Preference → J2EE Engine.

Also maintained the epdev entry in my PC hostfile.

When I refresh the NWDS J2EE engine screen in welcome page, its showing server N/A message.

I have EP system with Appl Server Java+EP+EP Core+DI with 7.01 EHP1 SP7.

I dont know where to maintain the user id password in this.

I am simply following the document as shown in the below reference link but no success.

what you have put in the j2ee engine?

I have provided

Message server host -  <servername>.domain.com

port - 3600

My system number is 00

if so, i think 3601/3901 should be your message server port

you can find the detail in http://server:port/monitoring/SystemInfo
