SOAP Inbound URL messages not Reaching PI from outside the network

Hi,

It’s Asynchronous SOAP ->PI->Proxy ,

Version : 7.3 dual Stack.

Messages are reaching PI successfully when send within the network with actual host name for both http and https using SOAP Adapter.

https://actualhost.com:8400/XISOAPAdapter/MessageServlet?channel=:BusinessComp:SOAP_Sender_ComChanne...

Messages are not reaching PI, when send from outside network with Public domain host using SOAP URL.

Note: By using the public domain messages are reaching PI system for the plain http inbound URL’s as (http://PublicDomain/sap/xi/adapter_plain? ) and REST messages are reaching PI.Only SOAP URL messages are not reaching PI from outside the network.

Hi Rajesh!

Try to contact your network team. I guess separate redirecting should be set up for SOAP url on proxy/firewall side.
