Internal order settlement

Hello All,

We are settling Internal order to Asset. In settlement rule, we have provided the amount in equivlance number and system has distributed proportionately on the amount given.

Where as for the other order it has distributed exact amount rather than distributing proportionately. The only difference is in the first case, there is one more settlement receiver is cost center for which also we have given it in equivalence number and in second case we gave cost center amount in amount field rather than equivance number.

Coudl you please let us know whether this would have caused this issue>

Hi,

Please refer to equivalence numbers F1 help:

"The costs collected in the sender object are distributed to the settlement receivers, in proportion to the equivalence numbers."

So in your example if you set equivalence number as:

Equivalence 1  -> 1/3   = 0,3333333333333333
Equivalence 2  -> 2/3   = 0,6666666666666667
                          ******************
                                100%

Or

Equivalence 4.000.000   -> 4.000.000 / 9.000.000  =  0,4444444444444444
Equivalence 5.000.000   -> 5.000.000 / 9.000.000  =  0,5555555555555556
                                                    ********************
                                                             100%

Each of the above percentage (total 100%) is then applied to the receivers. This is how the system works.
