Condition record download from VK12 or VK13

Dear all,

How to download condition records by usning standerd navigation. Here after navigating from output screen of  VK13 -> System -> List -> Save -> Local file,  this option is grey. How to activate this option. Is there any relevant parameter I have to add to my user id profile.?

Hi,

Adding the authorization object S_GUI to the User role will help you to save the file to Excel.

Check with the Basis team.

Hi Ravi, I checked for all activity under object S_GUI & authorization is there in my Iogin ID. That "save to local file" is only inactive for condition record transactions, in rest of the cases it is active. Let me know in case any other clue is there for this matter. Thank you for  spending time in this case. Have a great day.

Hello,

When you type VK13, and input the condition type, click on condition information[Shift+F4] and provide the input. dont restrict to one particular key combination.

Provide the input and execute. you will get the data with individual check boxes. when u get the output, press CTRL+F8, on the right hand side, you will get the condition table. for eg A526. Go to SE16, and input A526 . rest you will know.output can be downloaded to excel.
