File I/O FTP Action Block

I have a FTP location where i am accessing in through browser as well as ftp client (filezilla).

from browser: ftp://hostname is suffice.it is asking password and i can see the ftp directory structure.

from filezilla also its similar. i give host name,user name and password. it works.

is that Hostname translates to FTPServer in FTP action configuration?

When i use that credentials in File I/O action blocks..i get 503 login failed error

Any idea on what can be wrong?
