How to default two output types for a RFQ

Hi Experts,

I have created Z output type for RFQ as zneu by copying neu. I did the all nace settings including condition record for both the output types. Then too when I create & save the RFQ, it is defaulted with output type only neu. User want both print and email.

gone through as per following threads but failed.

    you should show your settings, I think you overlooked something that was mentioned in the referenced discussions

    Hi,

    Ensure the following:

    1. New output type is maintained in the output procedure in NACE. Also check whether any routine is maintained against the output type in the procedure.

    2. Fine tuned control is maintained for the new output type in the path: OLME - Messages - Output Control - Message Types - Define Message Types for Request for Quotation - Fine-Tuned Control: Request for Quotation.

    If both are maintained correclty, then check the message determination analysis while creating RFQ in ME41.

    Here you can find why the output is not triggered.

    Cross check following, probably may help you

    1. Check Fine-Tuned Control: RFQ in customization part and see your new output type assigned to print indicators 1(new) and 2(change). If not enter RFQ output type with print indicators 1 and 2, and save.

    2.Check message condition record for RFQ

    3. Check -check box "Access to condition" selected for new output type of RFQ in customization
