Dear Experts,
We are using PPM and it's a WBGUI environment on WebDynpro platform on Netweaver technology for us.
Our users are not willing to use a lot of tabs and fields that they get when they create/use PPM objects like Item creation, cProject creation and so on.
So, we thought of using Screen personas to reduce the effort for users. Could you please let us know if it is applicable for SAP PPM SAP PPM?
Your advise/suggestion please.
Best Regards
Saurabh
Hello Saurabh Tiwari,
Did you find a solution to this? I was wondering the same and could not find information.

I'm not familiar with this application but it seems it is a WebDynpro ABAP application? In any case, Personas 3.0 supports traditional GUI-based transactions (running via the webgui) and WDA as well, so you should be able to use it to simplify your WDA application.

Hello Tamas,
We are using SAP PPM module for portfolio management and this application runs over web browser.
For example:
In this screen shot, we are using SAP PPM (which is fabricated into Enterprise Portal) in a web browser. We can use SAP PPM as a standalone solution too. Here I want to know whether we can simplify our SAP PPM screen using screen personas or not?
#This SAP PPM is not a transaction based solution its a solution that runs on WEBGUI only.
Best Regards
Saurabh

You mentioned webgui and WebDynpro... which one is it? There is no such thing as "WBGUI environment on WebDynpro platform"
If you are using a transaction via SAP GUI for HTML (webgui) and it is running fine, then Personas should work well to simplify the screens.
