Not able to play Web Based course in Learning Portal

Hello All,

I am not able to play a web based training or online test from the learning portal.

When i click on Start course , it says

Error occured

logging on to learning system failed.

Contact system administrator.

I have configured the lms , and the backend config is also done.

there are no errors when i check config of LMS.

Please suggest me a solution
