DSO to InfoObject and InfoObject to DSO Loading of Data

Hi to all,

Can i load Master data from

1.) DSO to InfoObject

2.) InfoObject to DSO

3.) Or we Need to convert DSO or InfoObject to Export Datatsource and then load Master data to DSO / InfoObject.

And how Delta will work for master data in above mention case, which is right approach .

Can please any one put some light on it.
