Career Guidance

Dear All,

I have completed BE in electronics and communication engineering, and currently working as a SAP B1 techno functional consultant,i dont have any previous experience in this field.Right now,i want to upgrade my profile in order to advance towards a healthy career.I am very much interested in the Technical side rather than the accounts part......Kindly suggest me a suitable path to grow my career.
