Maintaining purchase prices on a daily basis

Hi gurus,

we have certain materials with often changing purchase prices (e.g. on a daily basis). Now we would like to find a way to maintain those prices with minimal manual activity.

Up to now, there are no vendors who could send these prices via EDI.

We thought about an Excel import (i.e. the vendor sends us pricing lists by email), but we wondered if there could be a more elegant solution…

Any ideas?
