BSP HTMLB with MVC

Hi ,

Here i am developing one BSP application with using HTMLB with Model view controller.

I craeted one controller and one view with some form details.

How to access the form values enter by the user into the controller. In form i am keeping on button.When i trigger the button i need to the get the form details entered by the user and trigger a workflow.

So how can i access the form values entered by the user into Controller of the BSP .

Need urgent help.
