Table maintenance not working for different clients

Hi,

I have a maintenance view, for which I generated table maintenance.

The problem here is :

I am able to create / change entries in development client but not able to do the same in another client (say testing).

Maintenance View : ZVIEW

Dev Client : 0100 - SM30 - ZVIEW allowed

Testing : 0200 - SM30 - ZVIEW not allowed (Display only)

Any one please let me know the reason and solution for this.
