Data entry error during UD

Hi,

      I am not QM guy and i need help,

During usage decision user has used rejected in defect tab page and qty posted to unrestricted. now user want to correct his error. how can i correct UD in the system.

Dear,

1) If you want to change only rejected to accepted then Go in QA12 and change it.

2) if you want to reversed the stock posting then you need to use some user exit or reversed movement 102.

Hi Ashish,

Seems that the stock was supposed to be posted to block stock and user has posted it to unrestricted. You can use MB1B with 344 movement type to transfer this stock from unrestricted to block. One thing should be noted here, the effect would be achieved here but the data against original inspection lot will remain as it is.
