Printing boxes in blank TF & SP 3.0

Hi Experts!!

In this moment I´m implementing Nakisa TF, SP, CP 3.0 SP2 ECC6.0 EHP5

I have problems with printing OrgCharts in TF and SP, in the print preview the OrgUnits have information but the positions don´t have data, also when I print the OrgChart the boxes of OugUnits and Positions are in blank.

I have installed in my laptop Flashplayer 10 Plugin, Adobe Flash Payer 11 Active X
