Can not see Logo in webgui service

I wonder if someone can help me.

We have installed ITS 6.10 patch levee 30 to logon to R/3 via webgui.

But when we logon ITS can't show the water image that usually stands on the right frame of screen.

And this happens also with ABAP documentation when pressing F1 upon a keyword.

when I see image properties I get an address something like this

http:///scripts/wgate/webgui77fb5a2f/~flN0YXRlPTI4NTkwLjAxOC4wMy4wMw==/-75781516.106/image/ImageWebRepository/3320058512/SESS_IMAGE?Version=00001

Does anyone knows why this happen's?
