instead of 3 line items display 6 line items in delivery

Hi,

In ONE sales order  there are 3 line items when i create delivery for that sales order there are 3 more line items addedup (Total 6) But those 3 additional item category is TATX. I has  checked out the item category and delivery item category determination.everything is perfectly fine.

But problem not yet resolved. What are the possibilities for this issue?

But, I have few observation and query.

• Why item category TATX?
• How it is associated with material which has Item category group 0002?

As per my understand, Item category TATX is associated with non-stock material.
So, no material master required.

And also, Item category group 0002 is associated with configurable material.

Kindly review your business and rephrase your requirement with valid logic.
It would be nice, if you can provide screenshots of the concern area.

Hope you are not read the thread nicely. Already mentioned that it's coming automatically in delivery only with out material for TATX item category.

Mr.Reazuddin as per for your information 0002 item category group which we mentioned for configuration material and the item category is TAC.

Since this problem is in PRD i can't attach the screen shots here.

In glance: Order for 3 items (TAC)

But in delivery 3 items with TAC

     3 items with TATX ( WITHOUT MATERIAL, QUANTITY)

once enter the line item with plant and storage location and quantity , after same TATX Condition will come , please conform, and also check the OVLK at item requirement it 101 or another, at copy control also item requirement,

I hope you have nowhere mention about Item Cat TAC.

Anyways, now few things you can have look:
- Item Cat Determination for Delivery

Delivery Doc Type	- Item Cat Grp	- Usage	- Higher Item Cat	- Def Item Cat
LF	- 0002	- 0	- 0	- TAC
LF	- 0	- text	- TAC	- TATX

- Check CMIR maintained, if any.

I believe, Item Cat TATX is used for text material to be deliveried with the configuration material.

in delivery level you can enter the 3 line items , when it comes TATX  item category ,

please check the delivery type and item category determination , at t code 0184 , here delivery type and usage and higher level item wise , and also check the table  T184L , here enter the your delivery type and execute, then it will come total data , here check TATX item category determination ,

delivery type + item category group +usage+ higher level item

please check this

No automatically coming in delivery.Already checked in delivery determination item category group mention in material master is 0002.which is present in delivery item catg determination with all respective combination.

First, what is the need to add line items during delivery creation, why its not added in sales order?

- why item category group:0002, what type of material you are trying create delivery for?

Hi,

Can you be more specific? Are you adding new line items in Delivery or Order? If its in Delivery, check the Routines in Delivery type?

- Check item category group,usage in Delivery item category determination (Tx: zero184)
