Some more info on Setup Tables:
Setup tables are used only for logistics extraction. We perform a setup just before we do our first initial load of 'historic' data to BW. After this, the delta queue takes care.
Also Setup Tables facilitate extraction speed. instead of getting the data directly from the source tables
loke MARA, EKPO, VBRP, etc. the data is conveniently
stored in SETUP TABLES. This you can use from time to time when needed.
Hope this cleares the concept.
Please assign points if this helps you in undersanding.

Hi Abhinand
Use transaction SBIW. Choose Settings for Application-Specific DataSources (PI) ---> Logistics --->Managing Extract Structures ---> Initialization ---> Delete the Contents of the Setup Tables.
Above will delete data in setup tables. Then do the same path as above but in stead of delete the contents of setup tables do the following:
---> Application-Specific Setup of Statistical Data ---> Choose the one you need.
Hope this helps.
