Not able do export to pdf from preview

We using SAP B1 8.82 PL 04.

In our reports (invoice, offer, order,.. ) we are using our Logo (jpg -file). Preview is correct, also printing on normal printer. If we print it to an pdf-printer the document is black/white. When we export the document as pdf we get an error.

Does anyone knows a solution?
