Record usage decision- status change for object

Sir,

In calibration process, when doing usage decision, i.e valuation and confirmation one popup screen will come

i.e status change for object.

Since it wont allow any data to enter,what is the use of this screen.

May be some configuration issues or lack of knowledge, i am unable to solve this.

User wants clarification.

Please guide me.
