How are resumes from agencies entered into ERC system!

Hi Bharat,

Use theWD ABAP Application "ERC_A_APPL_MGMT" – Create External Application.

This application is used for the entering the applications by the external people on behalf of the candidates.

Hello Bharat,

They can manually enter the details through Recruiter functionality with 'Manually Entered Applications' you can provide them with restricted authorization and they can upload with minimum requirements.

The note doesnot talk about agencies at all. We cannot give recruiter access for someone outside the company, right. Even if you for it , how can we do it.

Hello Bharat,

You can provide the one application Create External Application to the outside user, Also you can check the restricted recruiter role with that they should not be able to do much.

Otherwise you can provide only one application "Create External Application"

As far as I came to know it is done through resume parsing. Does anyone have any idea how exactly it is done or did anyone implement the same!
