How to prevent users logon in to mutiple servers

Hi All,

We are having 4 application servers and 1 database server. We are having 200 users and for each server 50 users. Now I want to assign a single server to an user and want to prevent the users to use all the servers. Users know all the server's IP Address. So I couldn't control them from jumping from server to server. Please help me to solve this problem.
