Export of BI content to portal error: Error loading template 0BROADCASTING_TEMPLATE70

Hi Experts,

We have a problem with publishing BI content from BEx query designer to the portal. We made the configurations about SSO and the systems are connected. Also in J2EE Visual Administrator we added Everyone group to the Ticket keystore view and restarted the engine. We left all fields blank in the backend system in transaction rscustv21 and rscustv27. But after all these configurations we still have the problem and error message appears:

Do you have any suggestions how to solve this problem? All threads in the forum about similar problems were read but no solution was found.
