Hi Grus,

Q1) Is there any way we can sort all maintenance item into maintenance plan reference to FLOCor Maintenance Item# in IP02 or is there anyway it will show in sort order when we use IP02? Client has 400 Maintenance items in his Plan and they want to see in order.

Q2) Is there any way we can select multiple Maint. Items at once (instead of once at a time) in IP02 or any other transaction?

Q3) is there any way we can cancel all Maint. items at once in IP02 or any other transaction?

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

If your client wants to see the maintenance items in sort order,he can use IP17/IP18 where he can give reference to maintenance plan and will be able to see the maintenance items and can sort them according to FLoc or equipment and can fix the layout as required.

Multiple maintenance items can be selected also in IP17 and after selecting multiple items if you click on "maintenance item" it will throw you to individual maintenance items screen one by one and you can change them if required.

Regarding cancellation of all maintenance items at once,I dont think there is any standard way to cancel all maintenance items linked to a plan.(however you can get the enhancement package of  "Mass Maintenance of maintenance plans".Please refer the link below

Thanks Deepak for your response. You answer for all questions. Only for Mass Maintenance, I am looking for Maintenance Items (not looking for Maintenance Plans). Is there any solution to make mass changes for  Maintenance Items (For e.g.I have to cancel the assignments/task list for multiple maintenance items).

Hello,

I do not know if there is any specific solution for mass maintenance on maintenance items.I think you need to work hard on deleting the maintenance items one by one .
