Having problems finding download links for Adobe Livecycle Designer

Hi Gurus, I am having problem finding download links for Adobe LiveCylce Designer. Can anybody give provide a valid working link where I can download and install Adobe LiveCycle Designer on my laptop so that I can create some adobe forms through my R3's SFP transaction? Right now when I try to open the Form Designer it gives me an error as LiveCycle Designer is not installed on my laptop. Thanks in advance for any help. -- Chris
