I'm intend to send message to SAP from SOLMAN about going live with SOLMAN.

When I create message  I get "sent to support" instead "send to sap" status.

See how it works:

Please click on tab SAP reference IMG

Then go to SAP Solution Manager -> Capabilities -> Application incident management -> Transactions -> Transaction types -> Double click on SMIN -> Then check in the field status profile what is the value.

Then you need to go to status administration in SPRO and check what are all the statuses defined in the status profile.

Thanks,

Jagadish.

And what should I do next?

Hi,

Are you not getting this status when you are creating "SMIN" documents? Can you please paste the screenshot of the status which you are getting?

Thanks,

creating "SMIN" documents

You mean when I create "support" message" from "Incident management" tab and choose component

"SV-SMG-SUP-INT"

?

Then I get "Sent to Support" user status.

This looks like some custom transaction type is implemented for support messages.

Can you check if any transaction types like ZMIN or something implemented in SPRO and this status is defined for the status profile for that custom transaction type?
