Archiving job terminated

Hi all,

I'm working on archiving using the CO_ITEM object and have a job which terminated due to a PAGE_ALLOC error.  This in itself i'm not too worried about since it was a huge job (running for nearly 4 days) and it can be broken down into smaller jobs. 

My issue is now that the archive session is sitting as incomplete.  In the Management section of SARA, all of the archive files are showing with a green light against them as the STO and DEL jobs all ran through to completion but the session overall is showing as incomplete (see below).  is there a way of refreshing the status of this archive session to mark it as complete?

I have had similar things happen after long run times.  Fix it by going to SARA.  Go to either "Store files" or "delete files" files (Depends whether you Write > Store > Delete or Write > Delete > Store).

Select all files to be deleted and submit a job to complete the deletions.  Then go to store files and select files to be stored.  Submit these for processing. 

As long as there are no remaining files to be stored or deleted then there is probably no issue with your archive process.  The session might go the the complete status.  However, if the session is still in "Incomplete" with the lightening strike icon then I have fixed this by deleting the cancelled job from the SM37 screen

Thanks very much Don, i've deleted the job and the archive session has now gone to completed.
