Recurring inspection means a batch in storage is periodically inspected.

1. A recurring inspection is triggered:

• Automatically by the system via a background job
• Manually by the user

You will get lot of threads on recurring inspection on SDN.

In simple words ,if you need a inspection of Batches after a specific interval till SLED of batch reached & block the batch once SLED date is over ...is called recurring inspection.

Hi recurring inspection means you can inspect the material at a pre-defined inspection interval. E.g mainly for rubber and adhesives you need to check the quality after every 3 months then you can activate 09 inspection type for the material and maintain a inspection interval for 90 days. so when you plan for recurring inspection inspection lot ll be triggered after 90 days of goods recipt you can check the product and set the next inspection date for the batch.
