Confirmation of production order

Dear All,

there is a production order on which there are three operations. Sometimes production is carried out by skipping the middle operation. So how can we treat this in SAP i.e, how to skip one operation

Hi,

First decide if you can go ahead with order confirmation i.e. CO15. If you want operation wise confirmation then in control key in T. Code OP00 make operation confirm optional and assign it in operation 0010 & 0020. And make a new control key and assign it to operation 0030 as mandatory confirmation with milestone.

Hi,

In customization, OP00, create a new control key from PP01 (or else) and make the confirmations field blank. If you assign this control key to the operation in consideration, it will not be a milestone operation, and confirmation will be optional.

Hi,

Assign the control key with confirmation not required as parameter. One more wayif you want to skip the second operation assign the relation ship for first operation with third operation as successor. For final operation use control key as mile stone confirmation.
