creation of sales order by customer no

Hi all,

once customer no is created,am updating blocked staus in xd05.it is updating into kna1 table.but my problem is while creating the sales order in va01 it is showing the error 'no customer master records exists for sold party'.anyone knowa why it is showing this error.
