creation of sales order by customer no

Hi all,

      once customer no is created,am updating blocked staus in xd05.it is updating into kna1 table.but my problem is while creating the sales order in va01 it is showing the error 'no customer master records exists for sold party'.anyone knowa why it is showing this error.

Have maintained Sales area data for that customer? The same sales area which you are using to create sales order.

Extend to sales areas, so that table KNVV is populated.

While Creating customer, Create sales area data XD01

Sales area consist of 3 things

Sales Org, Distribution channel and Divsion.

Check Sales area in Order. (Sales Org, Distribution channel and Divsion.)

Check XD01 if customer as data for above sales area if not create sales area data for that customer.

Thanks for all.now its working.but after creating customer no, i want update the staus 'block' immeditely after creating the customer.please can anybody suggest this.

Try filling this field in user exit while saving the customer.
