MSS Reports not working

Hi Experts

  I am trying to access the standard MSS Role.

  After clicking on the Reports tab available within MSS, I am trying to access the standard reports like Birthdays.

  After selecting the employees and clicking on Report Result, SAP GUI for HTML window opens and I am getting the a Java script error stating Object doesn't support this property or method.

  Please help in resolving the same.

can you clean the  ICM HTTP cache, you need to check the conneciton, see it in teh default trace

Hi,

Have you deployed WEBGUI internet service completley.

Check this.If it;s not done go to T-code SE80 and select Internet Service and select WEBGUI.

Now right click on WEBGUI -> Publish -> Complete Service.

Hi malhotra,

had you activated the mss report services in SICF? please ensure the services in R/3 should be activated.

Check the proper roles and Authorizations. plz check it and revert back.

  I guess the service required for activating MSS Reporting is HRWPC_FC_EXEC.

  I have checked the same in sicf and it is active.But the issue is still there.

  Please help to resolve.
