BW with SAP HANA or ERP with replication of data in HANA : Future

Dear All,

I am interested to know, in the near future, what would be the approach by customers in adopting to HANA?

SAP NetWeaver BW with SAP HANA: or SAP ERP with replication of data in SAP HANA.

Which would create more job opportunities? Would customers move completely to HANA DB from conventional Relational DB?
