i am new to sap sdn

dear sd gurus pl explain little bit ,i checked in the forum also but i didn't get answer

i am creating rebate process is completed the system is automatically to generate condition type in billing based on the requirement on 24 in pricing procedure

in case what is deference 23 ,24,25 based on rebate condition types
