Restart/Enable the services should fix this problem

Follow the following steps:

1. Log on to CMC

2. Go to CMC Home

3. Go to Servers

4. Check the 'server status' (Running)

5. Enable all the disabled services

All the best

Before you migrated your Xi3.1 content to BI4, did the default sample webi reports worked ?

After migration, does the error happens with all webi reports or few/some ?

What patch level are you on and what is your BI4 architecture ?

Put on the latest patch for BI 4.0 as there are several fixes for this issue - you may or may not be seeing one that's fixed.  Also, try and check if the Web Intelligence server is crashing when you see the issue.  Which operating system are you on?

Put on the latest patches for BI4.0.  Also, what kind of database are you connecting to in your reports?  I've seen such problems with incorrectly configured database clients.  So that could be the problem.

You are also likely getting core files.  Could you run gdb on the core, then execute the command where and send us the output?

Thanks,

John
