Can You Change Reporter in SMIN Incident?


Sorry folks, I'm sure someone has answered this but since I can't figure out how to search a forum in the new SCN I can't find it. The search at the top of the screen returns 35,000 hits. So anyway, is there any way to configure SMIN in SolMan 7.10 so that the reporter can be changed? In my system the Reporter field is grayed out once the ticket has been saved. Thank you,
