iView customization not working

Dear Portal comunity,

I have a problem related to iView customization. I am trying to customize (for all users) a web dynpro abap iView for e-recruiting application. I am trying to hide some links from "Active Queries" section in a Dashboard. The strange thing is that using ctrl+right click helps if I want to hide the label or the entire row of links, then the change is visible for all users. However if I try to hide only 1 link from the line, then the change is visible only to my user.

I am doing the above actions as Content Admin, previewing the iView from PCD.

Please help.
