How to access Incentive and Comission management in SAP CRM on Web UI

Hi,

I want to access ICM ( Incentive and Commission management ), from Web UI ( CRM 7.0). Assuming that it's part of CRM Sales, I logged in with SALESPRO role but could not see any link for ICM.

I can see some areas in SPRO for ICM , but dont know how to activate it on Web UI. Please help me , how can I activate this on Web UI.
